1 . The whole machine is covered by a one-year warranty, with free repair or replacement during the warranty period and lifetime maintenance.
2 . Regular and irregular visits to customers will be conducted annually to provide necessary maintenance guidance:
(1) responsible for troubleshooting any abnormal faults in machinery and equipment at all times;
(2) On site guidance and technical consultation for the maintenance and upkeep of machinery and equipment;
(3) Continuous supply of components;
(4) Flexible cooperation with Party A.
3 . The purchaser shall maintain according to the guidance of technical personnel every year.
4 . During the warranty period, the following items are not covered by the warranty:
(1) those that have been artificially modified or disassembled without authorization;
(2) Direct or indirect human damage;
(3) Damage caused by improper use and operation;
(4) Damage caused by other force majeure events.
